Ok.

Yesterday I downloaded all the FB4-0-2 files from firebirdsql.org.

Today I opened the folder with these files and stared at them.

It has been waiting for me for long time 🙂

PS. Explanation — it is the release notes of a previous release.

The pdf file itself of the correct version is in the archive in the doc folder. And the fact that the site has a wrong link should not be written here, but reported where necessary. For example here https://groups.google.com/g/firebird-devel
